Full Service:
A BVI Floor Plan Specialist will come to your property and sketch the floor plan of home as well as snapping a few photos to assist our floor plan techs. Within 1.5 business days you will receive a pdf of the floor plan as well as JPG's of each level of the home for your marketing use. Depending on your local MLS this can be linked to your listing.

Self Service:
If you have architectural plans or another detailed floor plan of your home you can scan/fax/email that to us or you can measure and sketch the home and then scan/fax/email the sketch to our floor plan specialists (Click for How To Sketch Your Floor Plan). Within 1 1/2 days you will receive a pdf of the floor plan as well as JPG's of each level of the home for your marketing use. Depending on your local MLS this can be linked to your listing.
